project overview:

This property had new dormers added to include Juliette doors and maximise views. It also has a significant side extension in the form of a David Salisbury orangery. Classic style. It has undergone an architectural renovation — now standing as a beautifully modernised, well-cared-for home that still retains its cosy, traditional charm. A standout feature is the new conservatory extension, surrounded by natural light thanks to expansive glazing and thoughtfully placed skylights. This space offers stunning views into the freshly landscaped garden, creating a seamless connection between indoors and out. The garden itself has been completely reimagined: a clean, contemporary layout with a full patio design, integrated seating areas, and lush greenery brings both structure and life to the outdoor space. Meanwhile, the updated render on the exterior refreshes the entire façade, giving the home a clean, sophisticated appearance that suggests effortless upkeep and attention to detail. The result is a striking and balanced property that blends modern elegance with timeless comfort — a complete transformation that elevates both aesthetic appeal and day-to-day functionality.
