Building relationships through creativity.

At Inside Out, we believe in relationships – with each other, with the world around us. We’re all about togetherness. Because together we’re better.

This is as true for the people in our lives, as it is for the spaces we inhabit. The more we care, nurture and respect, the more we get in return, from each other, from our physical surroundings.

That’s why when we work with you, we spend time building an understanding of the relationship you want with your space and the people you share it with.

Together, we can create something amazing. A space that exceeds your expectations, where you’ll feel safe, grounded, and connected. A space for the future.

About Us

Inside Out was founded by our company director, Genevieve Wells. In 2005 Genevieve graduated in Interior Architecture at the Farnham University of Creative Arts. Whilst studying she worked part time for several local architects to develop her CAD skills to put her ahead of her peers once she had graduated. In the early part of her career she worked as an Interior designer specialising in the office, retail and leisure sector. She then changed paths to focus on residential architecture. Once she had established a good reputation as an architectural technician she was head hunted four times by large developers. Eventually she accepted a role as a technical coordinator for Redrow Homes.

This opened up many avenues and contacts for the future. In 2008 she was offered a position as a designer with Farnham Architect working on high end residential houses. She then became a Chartered Architectural Technologist and is now an Assessor for the CIAT (her Professional Board).

Prior to starting her own business she gained experience in both architecture and interior design for the retail, commercial and residential industry.

The projects range from Peter Stringfellows, Pizza Express, Commercial Interiors, a “Grand Designs” project, 150 residential units in a single development and one off luxury homes of up to 9000 sq ft. Having learnt the twin disciplines of interior design and architecture, she has been able to appreciate the external aesthetic quality of architecture, but also how internal surroundings benefit a person’s lifestyle.

Jayson’s career in property started in 2002 as a mortgage adviser. His need for creativity led him to branch off into architectural design a few years later. Over the past 15 years Jayson has managed planning and building control applications ranging from individual extensions to schemes of 200 units at anyone time. Jayson is meticulous about attention to detail, borderline OCD. Being a family man he particularly understands how a home should work to suit the entire family.

Elena graduated from Manchester School of Art with a degree in Interior Design. Growing up as a third culture kid she has a passion for portraying client’s identities through her designs, creating spaces with deeper meanings and connections to the surroundings. Due to her multicultural upbringing and her background in fine art and murals she approaches projects with a creative mindset and a unique perspective.
